Prime Minister Narendra Modi today launched the "Digital India Health Mission" during a virtual event from New Delhi, marking a significant step towards universal healthcare access.
Mission Objectives
The mission aims to:
- Provide telemedicine services to 50 crore citizens
- Establish 1 lakh digital health centers nationwide
- Create integrated health records for all citizens
- Enable AI-powered diagnostics in rural areas
